Deposit/Cancellation Policy
Deposit of One Night Stay required for all Room,
RV, and F-Site Reservations.
Tenting is available on a first come/first serve basis.
*Effective Starting The 2026 Season *New Cancellation Policy: If you have more than 3 cancellations in a season, regardless of the 48-hour cancellation policy, after the third cancellation, your deposit would be forfeited making it non-transferable and non-refundable.*                                                                                                                                                                                                                          No Shows will be charged for the entire reservation.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                      Holiday deposits are non-refundable but transferable, (use it at a later date) if cancelled within the 48 hour cancellation and not surpassed 3 cancellations in the same season.
No refunds for TV or Wi-Fi service interruptions.

All Rooms & Cabins prices are per double occupancy, (2ppl) any additional guests will register separately and pay the overnight tenting fee. (Breakfast w/ room only includes for 2 guests)

Reservations not cancelled 48 hours prior to date of arrival will be charged for one night.

Must show up or call by 9pm check-in day or lose room & deposit.

No Shows will be charged for the entire reservation.

Rates are subject to change at the discretion of the property.

Holiday deposits are non-refundable but transferable. (can be used at a later date)

 

Room 9

This is a small dog friendly cabin located across from the night club. It has a queen sized bed and private bathroom. The shower is a private outdoor shower. The room also has a microwave, coffee maker, mini refrigerator, cable TV, hair dryer, and heating and air conditioning. (parking is in the upper lot for this unit)

Cabin 712

This is now a Dog Friendly this cabin features a master bedroom with a King bed, heating, air conditioning, TV’s, bathroom, living room with sofa/pull-out queen bed, kitchen w/ cook top & oven, fridge, microwave, and coffee maker.

Cabin 11

This cabin is handicap accessible and features a master bedroom with a King bed, heating, air conditioning, TV’s, bathroom, living room with sofa/pull-out queen bed, kitchen w/ cook top & oven, fridge, microwave, and coffee maker.

Cabin 708

This is now a Dog Friendly this cabin features a master bedroom with a King bed, heating, air conditioning, TV’s, bathroom (stand in-no tub), living room with sofa/pull-out queen bed, kitchen w/ cook top & oven, fridge, microwave, and coffee maker and a large deck.
