*If you are interested in purchasing a Mobile Home from a Permanent Resident or an RV from a Seasonal Camper and you would like to have it on a site at Sunny Rest Resort, you must take the following 3 steps:

Sunny Rest Approval Process:

Step 1.             Complete and Submit paperwork for Approval to be added to Waitlist. This paperwork can be picked up in the office or by email and will ask for 3 references within the community.

Step 2.             In-Person Meeting with Pam at the Sunny Rest Office. Takes approximately 1 hour.

Step 3.             After approval from Pam, she will provide the Credit and Background Check paperwork for submission to credit bureau and approval by Halsie.
