THE NUDIST EXPERIENCE

At Sunny Rest Resort we dress, & undress, for comfort.  Nudity is accepted & encouraged throughout the resort, & is required in the pools & hot tub.  You may adjust at your own pace, letting the weather & comfort be your guide.  Swim wear, however is not appropriate attire on resort premises.

STREAKERS

Streakers pool bar is open every day 11am-11pm. *Special Outside Events Streakers will be open until 2am & Flashers will be closed. (See weekly weekend flyers for info)*

CHILDREN

Safety & care of children will be the sole responsibility of their parents or legal guardians.  Children not potty trained must wear swim diapers while in pools. Children under the age of 16 are not permitted in the hot tub without adult  supervision.  Children under the age of 18 are not allowed in the conversation pool.  The Red Cross recommendation is that children under the age of 5 should not use a hot tub. Only adults, 21 years & over are permitted in Flashers nightclub after 8:30pm. If the nightclub is held at the pool area, the children will not be permitted in the pool area after 8:30pm.

POOLS & HOT TUBS

Please keep our pool areas clean. Shower before entering & observe posted rules. No food, smoking, or glass bottles are permitted in or around the perimeter of the pools or hot tubs. No lap sitting is permitted in the pools or hot tub. BYOB & coolers are not permitted in the pool area which also includes the upper and lower parking lot. Food may be purchased at Irv’s Bistro or Munchies Café. Alcoholic Drinks may be purchased at Irv’s Bistro, Streakers & Flashers during operational hours.

TOWELS

For your comfort and the consideration of others, please sit on your own towels, carry one with you at all times. Towels supplied to the motel rooms are for the room use only. Towels may not be used to reserve lounges/chairs before 8am or for long periods of time unattended. Staff reserves the right to remove towels from unattended lounges/chairs. Towels removed by staff will be kept in the lost and found located in the office. 

PETS

Pets are not allowed in the rental units except Room 9, Cabin 712 & Cabin 708. Barking &/or unfriendly dogs are not welcome. Pets must be kept inside of your camper &/or leashed /gated within your campsite. Pets must be walked using a leash. There is also a gated off-leash Dog Park located in the Campground across from the F-Section for your convenience. Please clean up after your pets.

PHOTOGRAPHY

Cameras or picture taking with any device, without the prior consent of management is prohibited. We reserve the right to confiscate photography equipment/phones and delete photos.

NUDIST PARK ETIQUETTE

We are a nudist resort, not a sex club. Any behavior (verbal or physical) or activity that disrupts the harmony & tranquility of the resort such as but not limited to; overt sexual behavior or the appearance of overt sexual behavior is unacceptable. Violations of privacy, intoxication, public immoral conduct, or any unruly disturbances will not be tolerated. We encourage you to report (in confidence) to the office &/or security any sexual advances, or uncomfortable situation that you may have encountered. We will act swiftly if any member or guest has disturbed your visit with us. Conduct requiring no apology is the accepted rule at Sunny Rest at all times. Security & Staff reserve the right to ask guests to remove body jewelry that is considered inappropriate.

NIGHTCLUB

Flashers (our nightclub) is open on Friday & Saturday evenings (& Sunday evenings on holiday weekends). Doors open at 8:30pm. Alcohol may be purchased in the nightclub. BYOB is not permitted. The atmosphere in the nightclub is different than most clubs, as lingerie &/or nudity are permitted; however behavior is closely monitored. Staff/Security reserve the right to ask guests to remove attire that is considered inappropriate. *On Special Outside Events – Streakers will be open until 2am & Flashers will be closed. NATURAL RESOURCES

Water is a precious commodity at Sunny Rest Resort, and our water system is capable of supplying water for your needs. However, we do not allow washing of cars, campers or RV’s on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays.

GENERAL

Solicitation of business or services on club grounds is not permitted, without prior written consent of management. Any political signs/flags in support or against of any person or political party names are strictly prohibited to maintain a harmonious  atmosphere. Management reserves the right to ask guests to remove inappropriate attire such as fetish-wear. Sunny Rest Resort reserves the right to suspend, deny, or revoke any membership, day visit, or stay with or without cause. Please be courteous & use the designated restrooms available throughout the resort (or in your hotel bathroom, camper, or home). Sunny Rest Resort & its owners &/or affiliates are not responsible/liable for loss, theft, or damage to guests’ or residents’ vehicles, belongings, homes, campers, or any personal property. Sunny Rest Resort & its owners &/or affiliates are not responsible/liable for any personal injury (including death).
